Natural Family Planning Ministry

The diocese has recently required a Natural Family Planning course in their marriage preparation program. This is awesome news; however, "the harvest is plenty, but laborers are few." The Couple to Couple League teaches a system of fertility awareness called the Symptothermal Method (STM). It uses all the common signs of fertility in a crosschecking manner to determine the fertile and infertile times of a woman's cycle. It is 99% effective in postponing pregnancy and also can be used to achieve pregnancy.

The course is in accordance with the teachings of the church on faith and morals. Teaching couples are needed to assist in spreading the good news of Natural Family Planning by teaching NFP.
