The Parable of the Seeds

On this parables Jesus explain: The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. But while people were sleeping his enemy came and sowed weed seeds among the wheat and went away, then he tells them the parable of the mustard seed. If we try to understand each one of these parables, most like we will get confused since Jesus was just explaining this comparison for us to explain the kingdom of heaven. Normally we look for God on the spectacular or in amazing moments, not in the small or insignificant. That’s why the people of that time were so difficult to see that the kingdom of God was present among them. This is not to far from the way we look now on day.

Perhaps the most difficult parable to understand was the parable of the mustard seed since this seed was growing on the side of the road was not very important, but was growing so big that was a shelter for the birds. That’s how is the kingdom of God is in your path of life and is the only refuge for many who can recognize. The parable of the good seed and bad seed is the one affect us the most because like the apostles we want to pull out the bad seed from the good seed, but Jesus is telling us to let them grow together tell the end of time, he will have his angels separate them because if we pull it out to soon, we can pull some of the good ones with the bad ones. God wants to give us the opportunity to change unto the last minute in our life, with this we need to understand that we can’t judge, because only God can judge.

If we are among the people that don’t believe in God it is okay because God is with them as well. Yes, just like it tell us in Isaiah 65:1-2 I was ready to respond to those who ask me not, to be found by those who sought me not. I said: Here I am! Here I am! To a nation that did not call upon my name. I have stretched out my hands all the day to rebellious people, who walks in evil paths and follow their own thoughts.
