Hiring Facilities Manager

St. Stanislaus Catholic Community is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of all parish campuses and properties.

This full-time role is responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, vendor and contractor relationships, safety and security compliance, capital improvement projects, and the supervision of maintenance staff and volunteers.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in facilities management, budget oversight, and knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, along with a strong commitment to the mission of the parish. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as on-call availability for emergencies, is required.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000–$72,000, commensurate with experience.
