New Monthly Young Adult Mass

Greetings St. Stanislaus!

I am writing to you to say hello and to remind you all of the monthly “young adult” Mass we will be having the 1st Saturday of each month at the 5:00pm Saturday Mass. This weekend was the first one and the next one will be Saturday, March 4 at 5:00pm. You are all invited, especially if you have some youth in your family, and I am especially encouraging any young adult to step up and help serve this specific Mass.

I also want to invite the entire parish to the monthly “Parish catechesis” evenings we will be having. The goal is to pray the rosary together and then give a catechesis on what the Mass is, what we do and why and who we are receiving at each Mass in the Eucharist. These catechesis nights began in January and will be the second week of each month (Tuesday at 6:00pm in English and Wednesday at 6:00pm in Spanish). For the month of February, since it falls the same week as the anniversary of the dedication of the Maze church, I invite all of you to that Mass on Wednesday, February 15th at 6pm at the Maze church. This is especially important because I would like to encourage us to pray together as a parish family, and what better way than at the Eucharistic celebration that is the Mass!
