Good Shepherd Sunday

While we pray for the success of our Church Repair, We know that Jesus is our Good Shepherd who truly tends us, feeds us and loves us.

He said, "I am the gate" which means, in and through him alone we have life and salvation. His Good News of peace, righteousness and justice is our gate to enter into eternal life; Acknowledging Him as our Saviour is the gateway towards the kingdom of Heaven.

"I AM" sayings will reiterate this message about Him! Jesus said:

'I am the gate'
'I am the way, the truth and the life'
'I am the light of the world'
'I am the bread of life'
'I am the vine and you are the branches'
'I am the resurrection and life'

Therefore let us beware of thieves and robbers who lead us astray from Jesus and the life He gives to us. Thieves and robbers here could be referred to wicked people, people with atheistic ideas, people with no Faith in God and feel despair, people who discourage us from recognizing Jesus as our Saviour.
